Area Sales Manager – Market Leading Building Materials
The Client:
A UK manufacturer of quality building materials with a strong brand and considerable market share.Their track record of staff training, development and progression makes them an employer of choice within the UK building industry.
The Role:
This is a senior sales role with full responsibility for key accounts and new project opportunities in Scotland.Customers include main building contractors, architects and specialist distributors, all of whom have specified or fitted your products in the past.Project values will be in the range of £50 - £200,000.It will be up to you to create demand and provide value-based solutions that are fit-for-purpose.Relationship building is paramount in this role.Long-term career opportunities will exist across the group.
The Person:
It is likely that you have proven sales experience within the construction sector.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £45 – 50,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including company car.
