Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a passionate Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a forward-thinking team in Stockport. The innovative, RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio across residential, mixed-use and education sectors and always provide exceptional client-led designs. The team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming an Architect to their team.

The successful Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 and should boast strong technical abilities and creative design flare. You will have worked trough all RIBA stages and should be confident leading a small team. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3
• ARB registered
• Able to work through all RIBA stages
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Able to adhere to project deadlines
• Excellent technical abilities
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Local to the Stockport area
• Revit knowledge is essential
