A fantastic business, specialising in a niche Manufacturing market are growing. A new MD came into the business in February and has since finalised plans for mega growth, including the requirement for this position.

They're on the look out for an Account Manager to manage their international client base, this is a brand new role so super exciting for you to go in and put your own flair in the role and be yourself.

You will have full autonomy - the support is there from the Sales Manager and you'll have thorough product training but you will be allowed to make key business decisions and manage your clients how you like.

Your remit will cover managing the full client journey (all existing clients) from order through to completion on projects, dealing with the negotiation of contracts, problem solving, entertaining clients when they fly over to visit (dinner, drinks, events) and attending and representing the company at exhibitions in the UK, Dubai and Thailand.

This is a highly responsible role within the company, you're therefore going to need to be confident in challenging situations, negotiating and making decisions and have direct experience in managing a business to business client base - you can come from any industry though, everything product based will be taught.

The growth is phenomenal, the company have just celebrated their 20th year trading and the next 5 years of growth are going to ensure you don't stop climbing that ladder.
