This reputable business specialises in Roofing and Cladding with over 30 years in the industry working with major suppliers on a variety of projects from the industrial and commercial sector within the region. With a great pipeline of work, repeat clients and friendly, supportive culture this company are now looking to further build out their team with a Site Manager who is able to work autonomously and within a team, has great communication and people management and experience in roofing and cladding design.
In this role you will be based from the Stockport office but operating on sites across the North West. You will be responsible for running your own projects but will have support from other site managers in the business if required. You will attend pre start meetings, organise labour and subcontractors for the project, liaise with the client, coordinate materials, monitor on site progress, oversee and enforce H&S, issue site reports and ensure the project is delivered to time, budget and quality.
This role is suited to a construction professional with roofing and cladding experience who has some experience with people management either in a site coordinator or managerial position. You will need to be professional, presentable and personable and must have a Full UK licence and your own vehicle.
