Regional Training Coordinator - Permanent
Salary: 24,000 per annum
Location: Stockport
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Duties:
* Facilitate regional training sessions for Creative Support staff.
* Assist in preparing and implementing training calendars.
* Prepare monthly reports and monitor training outcomes and feedback.
* Support and coach administrators to meet learning needs.
* Coordinate and source trainers to ensure consistent training delivery.
* Ensure training offices have necessary equipment through audits and support.
* Travel to regional sites to discuss staff development needs.
* Conduct annual engagement surveys and develop response strategies.
* Promote staff development and training initiatives.
* Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Assist in planning training calendars and standardizing training delivery.
