Position Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with outstanding service and support. Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
