Tradewind Education is seeking a personable, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join a vibrant Primary School in Brinnington, Stockport.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Play a vital role in supporting a range of children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in the nursery class.
- Work alongside a qualified teacher to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons and activities.
- Provide individualised support to help children reach their full potential.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials that cater to SEND needs.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a Team Teach degree (or be working towards it).
- Experience working with children with SEND in an early years setting (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
