Reeson Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the SK1 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class, working closely with the teacher and aiding pupils in their learning across all subjects, particularly in core areas such as English and Maths.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Year 3 class as a Teaching Assistant, assisting with lessons and activities.
  • Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to enhance pupil engagement and understanding.
  • Provide targeted support in small groups or one-to-one interventions, particularly in core subjects.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Support children with additional learning needs where required.
