Role:
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Year Group: Year 2
- Location: Bramhall, Stockport
- Duration: Long-term, Full-time
- Pay: £76 to £85 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, ensuring each child can reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and orderly atmosphere.
- Support children with special educational needs and adapt learning materials accordingly.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A patient, caring, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the academic and social development of children.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
