Job Title: Electrician
A position has arisen for an Electrician within a Social Housing provider in Stockport. This role is a temporary to permanent position The successful candidate must have experience working on domestic properties and have the relevant below qualifications.
Your duties will include:
- Working on tenanted properties completing wiring on boiler installations and swaps
- Upgrading smoke alarms to LD3 standard
- Installing RF Thermostats
- Testing and issuing certification
- Completing fault finding and diagnosis
The successful candidate must have:
- NVQ level 3
- 18th Edition
- AM2
- 2391
- Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
Desirable skills:
- Gold ECS Card
