The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support in a well-established Public Sector company, based in Stockport. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in Secretarial & Business Support.

Description

  • Managing diaries for the Executive team, exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments both internally and with external stakeholders and institutions
  • Booking and arranging international travel and accommodation
  • Preparing documents, reports, tables and charts,
  • Preparing agenda's,, drafting, proofreading and executing accurate business correspondence
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Organising national and international events and meetings.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
