We're looking for a dedicated person who will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our relationship and commitment to our international customers. You’ll have the following Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer relationship management

·Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.

·Is accountable for developing CPX relationships in his/her customer base or market area.

·Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for entire CPX sales team (e.g. cross-selling)

·Ensures customer satisfaction and problem solving with the rest of the CPX team.

·Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data.

Sell

·Proactively generates and manages opportunities from existing customer base.

·Collaborates with Production team to support customers and business expectations.

·Is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the budget and pricing targets.

·Ensure the CPX products matches with the customer needs.

·Is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority.

·Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome.

·Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, keeps sales funnel up-to-date.

·Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM

·Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors.

·Supports the finance department with money collection where required.

·Is responsible for the account over the entire sales process and customer relationship.

·Supports International Exhibition strategy and attendance including customer interaction.

·Capability to co-ordinate customer order requirements and give production updates.

·Enjoy working with experienced colleagues to develop new business opportunities and deliver customer expectations.

·Be used to working towards sales targets and goals.

·Able to work flexibly to meet your customer’s expectations.

·Can correspond professionally, complying with our company ethical values.

·Acts with integrity and become a trusted advisor to our customers and colleagues.

·It would be advantageous to have knowledge of Plant and equipment manufacture, or other technical solutions gained within a sales environment however training will be given.

·It is essential that you have experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
