H9 Human Resources are currently recruiting for a dynamic HR Director to drive forward the HR function within a Mid-Sized Health & Social Care business in the North of England.

HR Director

Permanent

£70,000 - £80,000 DOE

Stockport, 5 days per week

This role is suited to a 'hands on' HR leader who loves being right in the thick of things and making a true impact on a fast-paced, commercial business.

You will balance all the responsibility of leading a small HR team, being hands on with some operational HR work when appropriate, and driving HR strategy. Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Candidates will need a strong track record in senior HR leadership roles
  • Experience within healthcare or a similar regulated industry eg Education would be an advantage
  • Influencing skills at a senior level
  • CIPD qualified - ideally
  • Ability to work 5 days on-site
