We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Human Resources Business Partner. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
The Job Role:
- Undertake a variety of projects such as staff surveys, engagement, wellbeing, HR process and procedure.
- This role will hold a generalist remit including employee relations, succession, restructuring, harmonisation, TUPE as well as other HR projects.
- Work closely with and develop strong relationships with other support functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Finance, Payroll & IT.
- Work closely with the Head of HR and Performance Director.
Requirements for the role:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable
- Experience in commercial business is desirable
- Previous experience in an Adult Care environment
- Driving license
- The ability to travel across the UK which involves some overnight stays as required.
- Strong strategic and commercial awareness
- Relevant knowledge and experience within a strategic HR position
