IT Support Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000

We are looking for an experienced IT support engineer to come in and hit the ground running with our client who are a growing food & beverages organisation. The successful candidate will be confident, hard- working and have a passion to progress a career in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on a 1st-2nd line technical level with internal & external teams, ensuring working practices are executed efficiently and service levels achieved.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and suppliers to resolve support issues through to conclusion.
  • Ensure updates are recorded and end users are communicated to within relevant timescales.
  • Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.

What You Would Bring:

  • Previous experience in an IT service desk environment.
  • Confident and strong communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the following key tech:
    • Hardware configuration and deployment
    • Windows 11 support
    • Office O365 support
    • Networking
    • Azure
