A site manager is required for a May start to manage a upgrade / refurb on retail project in the Stockportarea for a period of 3weeks which will be mainly operating through the night due to it being a live / operational site.
The project is for the refurbishment ofan existing property,where you will be responsible for the operational management, including the quality and safe working practises of the sub-contractors on site, whilstcompleting relevant paperwork.
To be considered for the role you should fit the following criteria;
- Ability to work under minimal supervision as a project lead on a refurb / upgradeproject whilstoperating within a live environment.
- Ideally have had a previous background delivering similar type projects (retail project experience would be beneficial).
- Comfortable operating with high levels of client interface.
- Hold strong all-round construction capability.
- Hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and CSCS certification.
- IT literate
