Role Overview:As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with extensive requirements through 1:1 assistance. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work within the school's SEND resource base, collaborating with a team of over five extra support staff. This role offers a unique blend of individualised support and collaborative work within a well-supported environment.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working with SEND or SEMH children
- Teaching Assistant qualifications or Team Teach certification preferred
- Passion for supporting children's educational and emotional development
