Quality Inspector (Nights)Salary Range - £33,000 to £34,000

Based - Bredbury

Adept are excited to be partnering with a leading Oil & Gas manufacturer who due to rapid growth within the past year are looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to join their team.

Shift Pattern - Monday to Thursday - 9pm to 7am - NIGHTS

Hours Per Week - 40 hours

Role Requirements

The role of Inspector entails the manual inspection of machined components to ensure compliance with customer dimensional requirements and the maintenance of high product quality standards. This position requires adherence to health and safety regulations, utilization of manual inspection equipment, production of inspection reports, hardness testing of components, understanding and implementation of customer procedures/specifications, production of non-conformance reports, conducting first-off inspections for in-process components, producing error reports, and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Competency in typical software packages such as Word and Excel
• Previous experience in manual inspection
• Preferable experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Preferable CSWIP Visual Inspection certification
• MUST have Experience using manual measuring equipment
