Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the finance team with day-to-day accounts tasks
• Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the ledger
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end procedures, including preparation of reports and analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a legal firm is desirable
• Proven experience in purchase ledger is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
