Accounts Payable - Part Time

Your new companyA well-established company that offers a stable and welcoming working environment and now has a vacancy within their finance team.Your new roleWith assistance from the Accounts Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the accounts payable end to end. Daily you will process invoices, match GRN's, resolve queries and reconcile statements. You will also assist with the payment runs and closure of the ledger at the month's end. Being a small team, you will assist the sales ledger assistant with posting cash, credit notes etc. What you'll need to succeedYou will have worked recently in an accounts payable position and will be looking for a stable long-term job performing these main duties. The ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively support the team is essential.
