Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Stockport Council's Connected Carers Team. This is a full time role, offering a fantastic pay rate of £35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for a caseload of complex cases.
Duty cover.
Completing Court directed and PLO Viability Assessments and Reg 24 Assessments.
Completing Form C Assessments.
Supporting and supervising connected carers.
Participate in the planning / reviewing of cases.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families and carers.
Provide advice and support and promote independence and early intervention, as necessary.
Liaise with colleagues in own or other departments or external agencies to gather relevant information for assessment and care planning activities.

Requirements:

Social Work Degree or equivalent
Current registration with Social Work England
Enhanced DBS
