With over two decades of experience serving customers in the Stockport area, our client takes pride in delivering top-quality service and advice to all their residential and commercial customers. What will you be doing?
Greet and engage customers, providing them with an informative and positive shopping experience.
Assist customers in finding the perfect flooring products and guide them in making purchasing decisions.
Maintain a solid knowledge of current promotions, trends, and product features to offer customers the best advice.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with your team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and ensure displays are stocked to create an appealing shopping environment.
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within the flooring industry.
A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
Experience in the flooring industry is desirable, but not essential.
