Paraplanner The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Planners in a friendly supportive team responsible for servicing clients’ financial advice needs covering retirement planning, accessing funds at retirement, investments, life and protection.Salary depending on experience and level of qualification - £32,000 - £38,000 per annum. Flexible working times, hybrid working, contributory pension, DIS, critical illness and health cash plan, financial support for industry exams.Specific Responsibilities:The key duties of the role are listed below:
  • Writing Financial Planning Reports for planners to present to clients
  • Supporting the Advisers by conducting research on products and helping find the right solutions for clients
  • Assisting with reviews and client requests as well as acting as a point of contact for clients to deal with day-to-day queries
  • Maintaining client records on the company software and ensuring the client and firm's files are well presented, accurate and compliant
  • Preparation of client review packs
  • Obtaining illustrations and valuations
  • Keeping  up to date with financial products and legislation
  • Complying with all company and industry guidelines, rules and regulations
Role Requirements:
  • Experience in a Financial Advice firm with Paraplanner or report writing skills
  • Diploma qualified is desirable
  • Confident with IT and office software packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint
