Are you an experienced IT professional seeking a leadership role in an award-winning, dynamic Managed Service Provider? As the Infrastructure Team Lead, you will take charge of a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and management of infrastructure projects for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring project success, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the various IT environments.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead and mentor a skilled infrastructure team, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and management of IT infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific infrastructure needs.
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as servers, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an MSP environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure technologies.
- Previous experience in managing and delivering successful IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license.
