Do you have solid administrative, sales administration or fleet administration experience? We arrre actively recruiting for a great company who are seeking an Administrator office based Monday to Friday.

Role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing vehicle documentation, compliance and ensuring that all sales transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, processing vehicle registrations, and completing financial paperwork.

路 Documentation Management: Ensure all necessary documentation for vehicle sales is accurate and complete, including end user details, specifications, finance details and vehicle allocations.

路 Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to gather required information, answer enquiries, and provide updates on their vehicle purchase process.

路 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including incoming and outgoing vehicles, and update inventory portal as needed.

路 Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including DVLA regulations and internal company policies.

路 Data Entry: Input and update customer and vehicle information into the businesses management system accurately and promptly.

路 Coordination: Liaise with finance, operations and registration departments to ensure timely processing of sales.

路 Reporting: Generate and distribute inventory summaries, and other related documents to management.

Experience of working within a dealership or automotive sector would be an advantage.

Skills:

路 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

路 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and generic CRM management software. 1-Link or Kerridge as an example.

路 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

路 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
