Land Manager Job in County Durham

Land Manager job working for an established housebuilder who predominately operate in the North of England. Our client is now looking to speak to either Land Managers or Buyers to assist in the growth of the North East region. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to 55,000 + Car.

Our client build high quality developments across the North of England and do operate throughout 10 offices. They are now looking for either a Land Manager or Buyer to support the wider team to source and secure new opportunities that align with company requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

- Sourcing and securing land within a specific area via the generation and development of land agent contacts and further leads provided
- Maintain existing relations and create new ones with key landowners and land promoters across the region
- Liaising and working in collaboration with the Land Director to ensure that all regional responsibilities in relation to the land acquisition process is effectively managed
- Abide by company policies and act professionally at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

- Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in land acquisition or management
- Broad knowledge on technical and legal requirements
- An extensive understanding of legal and planning frameworks associated with land acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving license.
