MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious Manufacturing client, based in Stockton, by recruiting a permanent Quality Manager to join their organisation. A successful candidate will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include organising and leading inspections, developing, and maintaining management systems, managing non-conformance, overseeing supplier quality assurance, and more.

The Job Youll Do;

  • Assist in APQP Coordination
  • Develop Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.
  • Manage and Compile Production Part Approval Planning Process (PPAP)
  • Assist in Conducting Process/Machine Capability Studies
  • Manage Internal Quality and Supplier Audits
  • Develop, Improve & Maintain Management Systems (IATF16949, ISO 9001, Working towards ISO 14001)
  • Liaise with Customers on Quality Issues
  • Develop & Maintain KPIs (QCD)
  • Managing Non-conformance

About You;

  • (Preferred) 5+ Years experience in the manufacturing sector in quality department
  • They will be in charge of two directs.
  • Experience managing a team
  • Audit experience
  • Demonstrable familiarity with the processes such as injection moulding, paint finishing, assembly work.
  • ISO:9001 + IATF 16949 Essential.
