HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

JE111: HGV Class 1 Tramper DriverLocation: Stoke on Trent Salary: Circa £35,000+  Shifts - 4 ON 4 OFFOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivery of milk to Dairies in the UK within 24 hours of collection
• Adhering to all Tachograph and WTD regulations
• Daily Vehicle Walkaround Checks
• Keeping company vehicle clean and tidy
• Completing paperwork accurately and submitting in good time after each delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid clean licence
• A Digital Tachograph card and full Drivers CPC.
• Full UK driving licence
• HGV Class 1 driver card
• 12+ months HGV Class 1 driving experience
• A current CPC and digital tacho
• Flexible, hardworking and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Display good communication skills as will deal directly with Dairies, managers and on occasion customers
• Attention to detail is essential
• Numerical literacy is important

Location: Stoke on Trent Salary: Circa £35,000+ Shifts - 4 ON 4 OFF
