CB Staffing group are seeking experienced CNC machinists (milling and turning) to join our well established client based in Stoke On Trent, ST4.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Fanuc controlled, 2 axis lathe and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure that parts meet required specifications
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Experience with Fanuc controlled, 2 axis lathe
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30 and Friday 8:00-15:30.
Pay Rate - £17.00ph
