About your role
- This role will see covering education sites in Stoke-On-Trent
- Lead all planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all electrical aspects and queries.
- Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract
- Review, manage and control electrical maintenance processes
- Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
- Technically qualified in Electrical Engineering - Ideally with C&G 2391
- Experience of Electrical maintenance - within the education sector ideally
- Commercially astute
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
You may have experience as one of the following: Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Manager, Technical Electrical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Electrical FM Manager
