We're looking for a Collections Agent with amazing communication and problem-solving skills to handle inbound and outbound calls. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career, with excellent training to turn you into an expert in this field.

The Role Day-to-Day:

  • Make and receive calls to resolve overdue payments and arrange payment plans
  • Use your negotiation skills to create tailored solutions for customers
  • Take ownership of first-call resolution - with quick, efficient results!
  • Work within client expectations to deliver fantastic customer experience
  • Resolve varied customer issues, showing resilience and professionalism.

We are looking for:

  • Drive and enthusiasm for reaching goals in a fast-paced role
  • A friendly and positive attitude!
  • Strong listening and communication skills over the phone
  • Resilience, tenacity, and ability to perform under pressure
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
  • Ideally, up to 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centre.
