SEND Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a versatile SEND Teaching Assistant with a big heart, a warm smile, and a passion for working with students who have Special Educational needs and Disabilities. Provide Support: Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, focusing on students with SEND2. Emotional Support: Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported emotionally.3. Individualised Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, tailoring approaches to their specific challenges and abilities.4. Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management techniques, maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere in the classroom.5. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).6. Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.7. Promote Inclusion: Champion inclusive practices and promote the social integration of students with SEND.8.
