- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
- Leading the care team
Home Manager Requirements: - Good time and Organisation management.
- Good people skills with a hands-on approach.
- Looking to progress within your career.
- NVQ Lv 3
Benefits: - Salary paying: £37,000.
- 28 days holiday + Bank Holiday
- 40-hour contract
