Your Mission: As Nursing Home Manager, you will embark on a transformative journey with two principal goals. First, elevate the nursing home to new heights by achieving the coveted CQC rating of ‘OUTSTANDING’ in all areas, building upon its existing ‘GOOD’ rating. Second, spearhead initiatives to significantly boost profitability through strategic marketing, innovation, and the introduction of new services. You'll have the autonomy to implement a profit-sharing scheme, incentivizing increased profitability and fostering a culture of success.
Your Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you must possess an RGN/RMN qualification with an active Pin, coupled with a proven track record of excellence as a Nursing Home Manager.
