Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles within multiple business units across the EMEA region.

You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent in line with business objectives.

The role is offered on a hybrid/remote basis, with flexibility to work from home and occasional travel required to a central site in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and senior stakeholders.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across various channels.
  • Track and report recruitment data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
  • Champion best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in technical/engineering roles.
  • Comfortable recruiting across various functions and sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a creative approach to talent attraction.
  • Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
