  • About the Company: Crane, an established family business with 50 years' experience designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings, is looking for ambitious and collaborative individuals to join their sales team. They are proposing new showrooms across the UK.

We are recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Sales professional to join a sales team based at Trentham Gardens. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in face to face selling, ideally from within a high value retail or luxury product sector.

About the company:

Crane are an established family business with 50 years’ experience designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings. With the proposal of new showrooms opening across the UK, they are always on the lookout for ambitious, creative, and collaborative people to join their sales team.

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling a range of bespoke, garden buildings direct to the customer. You do not need to be a design genius as you will be provided with all the tools & training necessary to be successful in the role.

Our Sales Design Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales experience is highly desirable; however a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.

The role of a Sales Design Consultant:

As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative approach and customer service expertise to guide customers through the selection process and help them realise their vision of the ultimate garden building offering a range of bespoke features and colours that best compliments their outdoor space. 

As an Ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Proven experience of delivering a consultative sales approach and great customer service
  • Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range
  • Experience of working with a CRM system would be an advantage but not essential

As this role involves working directly with the public and potentially conducting visits to customer properties being a driver and having your own transport is essential, and a DBS check will be carried out prior to appointment.
