An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a nurturing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to make recommendations. This role requires a customer-focused person who can build effective relationships with the team, clients, and other third parties. Experience in managing health and safety at work is essential, as is experience in operating warehouse management systems. Excellent communication skills combined with rationale problem-solving skills are key to this role.
What you'll do:* Manage a team within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations.* Interpret data and make recommendations to improve warehouse processes.* Build effective relationships with team members, clients, and third parties.* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workplace.* Operate warehouse management systems effectively.* Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.* Solve problems rationally and efficiently.* Use MS Office applications such as Word, Excel to an intermediate standard.
