Technical Heat Pump Manager required for our client based neat to Stoke-on-Trent they are a renewables, electrical and heating contractor who have been in business over 25 years, they currently turnover over 10m and employ over 70 members of staff. They currently require a Technical Heat Pump Manager to join the company due to ongoing growth.
Technical Heat Pump Manager Engineer duties;
- Overseeing installation for heat pump projects
- Supervise engineers including direct and sub-contract labour
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Overseeing the survey and design team ensuring heat loss calculations and planning is all correct
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Main point of contact for engineers and clients
- Ensure installations are in compliance with MCS
Technical Heat Pump Manager requirements;
- Experience in overseeing and delivering air source heat pump installation projects
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing and heating (Desirable)
- Gas safe / Domestic Gas ACS (Desirable)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Desirable)
- Based in within a commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent
- Full UK Driving Licence
