Role Summary:
As an Telesales Account Manager, you will be crucial in promoting our products through warm leads, securing sales, and developing long-term client relationships. This office-based role involves managing a personal client portfolio, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing exceptional service through regular follow-up calls.
Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Account Manager:
- Make outbound calls to clients and manage inbound leads - NO cold calling.
- Articulate the value and advantages of our products, tailoring offerings to client needs.
- Negotiate effectively and address client objections.
- Create and maintain long-standing client relationships.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to align with customer expectations.
- Develop and manage your own client base.
- Generate new client engagement and retain existing clients.
- Develop in-depth product expertise to become a market specialist.
- Achieve ambitious sales and productivity targets.
- Uphold a positive and professional approach, maintaining ethical conduct at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for the company and promote our brand.
