Role Summary:

As an Telesales Account Manager, you will be crucial in promoting our products through warm leads, securing sales, and developing long-term client relationships. This office-based role involves managing a personal client portfolio, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing exceptional service through regular follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Account Manager:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and manage inbound leads - NO cold calling.
  • Articulate the value and advantages of our products, tailoring offerings to client needs.
  • Negotiate effectively and address client objections.
  • Create and maintain long-standing client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to align with customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage your own client base.
  • Generate new client engagement and retain existing clients.
  • Develop in-depth product expertise to become a market specialist.
  • Achieve ambitious sales and productivity targets.
  • Uphold a positive and professional approach, maintaining ethical conduct at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and promote our brand.
  • Comply with quality standards in accordance with OFT regulations.
