Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a proven ability to engage and inspire students in their learning journey. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, designing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that are aligned with the UK National Curriculum and tailored to the needs of individual students.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation in learning.
• Assess student understanding through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, supported, and challenged to achieve their best.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and strategies for improving teaching and learning in mathematics.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and support home-school partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification to teach mathematics in the UK.
• Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, preferably within a UK school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the UK National Curriculum for mathematics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing learning and reflection.
