Permanent Opportunity - Fabric Maintenance Manager - Up to 37,500 + Pool car

About your role

  • This role will see covering education sites in Stoke-On-Trent
  • Lead all planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all fabric aspects and queries.
  • Manage contractual compliance from a fabric standpoint across the contract
  • Review, manage and control fabric maintenance processes
  • Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
  • Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas


About you

  • Technically qualified in Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing or Heating
  • Experience of fabric maintenance - within the education sector ideally
  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
  • Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues


You may have experience as one of the following: Fabric Maintenance Manager, Building Fabric Manager, Technical Fabric Manager, Technical Services Manager
