Housing Officer - Local Authority - Temp Contract 4+ months

We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join a Local Authority based in Stoke on Trent on a contract basis for 4+ months. As a Housing Officer, you will provide efficient, effective and responsive housing management services within a designated work area, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with agreed policies and priorities of the council.

Our ideal Housing Officer will have the following skills and experience:

• Posses detailed knowledge and understanding of Housing Management.
• Experience of visiting, interviewing and advising customers.
• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Experience in delivering a quality customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• IT literate.

Location: ST4 1RN
Start date: ASAP, 4+ months
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours p/w
Pay rate: 16.26 p/h
