?? What We're Looking For

?? Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)?? Completed ASYE + at least 3 years' post-qualification experience?? Proven experience in safeguarding, children in care, and case management?? Ability to supervise, mentor, and support professional development of others?? Strong knowledge of childcare legislation (e.g., Working Together to Safeguard Children)?? Skilled in restorative practice and a child-centred approach ??

?? Your Day-to-Day

?? Manage a varied caseload with complex family situations?? Complete high-quality assessments and reports in a timely manner?? Use restorative tools to engage families and improve outcomes?? Support colleagues through supervision, learning, and reflective practice?? Help build a learning-focused, supportive team culture ??
