- Is a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Has 4+ years of post-qualifying experience, particularly in children and families work
- Is confident in complex case management, including CIN, CP, and Court
- Understands the impact of trauma, neglect, and family stressors on child development
- Works in a child-centred and strengths-based way
- Communicates clearly, builds trust, and remains calm under pressure
- Brings a reflective, team-focused approach to your practice
