Overview:Join our esteemed care team in establishing a new 20-bed nursing unit. We're seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) who are eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:Our nursing team not only provides medical care but also fosters a supportive environment, treating residents like family. Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring: Temperature and blood pressure monitoring.
  • Medication Administration: Administering medications and applying dressings.
  • Care Plan Updates: Updating care plans and records.
  • Handover Communication: Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift.
  • Collaboration: Communicating with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:Qualifications for the role include:

  • Excellent Care Skills: Excellent care planning and clinical skills.
  • Empathy: Show sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others.
  • Adherence to Standards: A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Practice.
  • Active NMC Pin: Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device.
  • Experience: Have experience of leading, motivating & managing staff in a care setting.

Shifts:We operate on a 24-hour basis, with day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm and night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am.
