What You Will Do:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering world-class customer service from initial enquiry to cash collection.
- Manage the internal sales process, ensuring smooth and efficient order placements.
- Handle customer service tasks, including answering calls via Teams and addressing queries effectively.
- Use SAP systems (desirable) and Excel (essential) to manage data and streamline processes.
- Process store returns and assist with end-of-month billing tasks.
- Perform general office duties as required to support the team and maintain operational efficiency.
