CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are offering a role for a Customer Service Representative in order to become an integral part of our expanding team,

Are you a “people person” with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice and trusted support for our valued customers.

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of customer enquiries—via phone, email, and live chat—offering prompt, professional, and effective support. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring our customers feel heard, helped, and appreciated.

Commutable from Alcester, Redditch, Bidford Upon Avon, Alvechurch, Henley-in-Arden, Northfield, Bartley Green, Bromsgrove, Earlswood and Inkberrow

RESPONSIBILITIES for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve customer issues
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide informed support
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

REQUIREMENTS for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, with Outlook and excel
  • A calm, patient, and friendly demeanour
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
