Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Selecting appropriate tools and materials for the job
  • Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process
  • Following health and safety protocols at all times
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other team members to achieve production targets

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles

Technologies:

  • CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines
  • Precision measuring equipment
