Class People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking 2 dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants to work within a school in Stonehouse. If you have a genuine love for working with children and supporting their development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
  • 8:15-4:30 Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday where it's a 3:30 finish
  • Working within Key Stage 2 classes.
