- Assembly Team Leader
Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for an Assembly Team Leader with a Counterbalance license on behalf of our client in Lye, Stourbridge. Our client is a successful manufacturer in the steel industry and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to help head their Assembly department, due to growth.Key responsibilities: - Assembling and finishing new product orders
- Dismantling/re assembly and repair of customers products
- Assisting management with problems that may occur
- Prepare and update assembly documentation
- Assist with moving products on counterbalance forklift truck in the absence of forklift driver
Skills and experience required: - Mechanical fitter/assembly experience in a steel environment – 2 years
- Forklift counterbalance license is essential
- Strong communication skills
Hours of work: - Monday-Friday
- 8am-4.30pm
- Overtime available
Rate of pay:£13.50-£14.50 dependant on experience
